You do not need every answer before contacting FOXAI. The goal is to separate what is already known from the items that still need a site review, design decision or project assumption.
Site & objective
- Site address and type of space
- What problem or outcome the project should address
- Occupied, renovation, new construction or retrofit condition
- Primary site contact and access restrictions
A short description of the business outcome is often more useful than a product list by itself.
Counts & locations
- Approximate data drops, displays, cameras, doors, speakers or other endpoints
- Marked-up floor plan or photos when available
- Known rack, telecom-room or equipment locations
- Ceiling type, wall construction or difficult pathway conditions you already know about
Existing infrastructure
- Rack space and patching condition
- Available pathways, conduit, sleeves or cable tray
- Existing copper/fiber media and known test results
- Power, grounding and network-switch responsibility where relevant
Existing conditions can change labor, materials and the safest migration path.
Schedule & coordination
- Desired completion window
- Permitted work hours or outage windows
- Other trades or construction milestones affecting access
- Site orientation, escort or safety requirements
Verification & handoff
- Required cable/fiber testing
- Label format or naming standard
- As-built, port schedule or documentation expectations
- Functional acceptance criteria for systems or rooms
Define what “done” means before work starts whenever possible.
