This notice describes the data handling built into this website. It is intended to be clear and practical rather than a substitute for legal advice.
Information you choose to send
Technology and appliance request forms can collect your name, email address, phone number, location or city, company, appliance details, and the service description you enter. FOXAI uses those details to understand and respond to your request.
Form security
The contact form uses a short-lived, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite security session cookie and a CSRF token to protect submissions. That cookie is used for form security, not advertising or cross-site tracking.
Server information
Like most hosted websites, the web server may record technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security events in operational logs. Hosting providers may retain those logs according to their platform settings and policies.
Analytics and advertising
This version of the website does not include third-party advertising pixels or marketing analytics scripts by default. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before deployment.
Secure delivery queue
To reduce the risk of losing a valid request during a temporary email outage, accepted form data is encrypted at rest in a private server-side delivery queue located outside the public web directory before email delivery is attempted. Queued requests remain available for automatic retry until delivery succeeds. Successfully dispatched queue records are eligible for automatic deletion after the configured retention period, which this build caps at 30 days.
Email and service follow-up
Online requests are delivered to FOXAI's business email so the team can follow up. Avoid placing passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in the free-text description.
